About Cutso

With 17 years of experience under his belt, DJ/producer and San Jose native Cutso has done it all, from clubs to competitions. As a member of the world-renowned DJ/production outfit The Bangerz (formerly the Fingerbangerz), he has helped his crew snatch many titles, including the 2000 International Turntablist Federation Western Hemisphere Team Championship. He has shared the stage with heavy hitters like Afrika Bambaataa, Mix Master Mike, A Tribe Called Quest, Q-Bert, Z-Trip, The Clipse, The Rapture, Gaslamp Killer, Neil Armstrong, Pete Rock, just to name a few. 

His vast, eclectic music selection, keen sense of showmanship and dynamic DJ skills have earned Cutso the respect and admiration of all that have witnessed his DJ sets and performances.

Along with his crew The Bangerz, Cutso produces original music and remixes for dance trailblazers the Jabbawockeez.  His production and remixing prowess has been recognized on an international level, appearing in such TV shows as The Ellen Degeneress Show, MTV’s America’s Best Dance Crew, Dancing With The Stars and a slew of others.

He currently holds down many DJ residencies in Northern California’s party scene, including the Music Machine, which has been heralded by Spin Magazine as “one of the best times you’ll have all month”.
